What the sector demands
In no other sector is the documentation as expensive as the part. A first article report that goes to a second round costs more than the first thousand pieces — so we treat it as a primary deliverable, not an appendix.
Traceability here means batch, machine, tool state and inspection result retrievable per lot for ten years. When a field problem appears, the decisive question is not whether it is ours but how fast we can bound it.
