What we make

Five processes, one person accountable. From a single part cut from solid to a 250,000-piece annual series — planned, machined and measured in house.

Five-axis milling
Five axes simultaneous, up to 1,600 mm, ±0.005 mm.
Structural parts, housings and mould inserts cut from solid — up to 1,600 mm and 1,400 kg, in a single setup.
CNC turning
Up to Ø 210 mm, driven tools, counter spindle, ±0.006 mm.
Turned parts up to Ø 210 mm, finished complete in one setup — milling, drilling, threading and a counter spindle included.
Prototyping
Three to eight days, production material, from quantity 1.
Functional samples in the production material, not a substitute. Anyone testing an assembly has to be able to trust the part.
Series production
500 to 250,000 pieces, Cpk ≥ 1.67, 62 unattended hours a week.
Automated, documented, called off. 62 unattended machine hours a week are the reason quantity lowers the price here more than it does elsewhere.
Engineering
Design for manufacture, tolerance analysis, laser-scan reconstruction.
Design for manufacture, tolerance stack analysis and reverse engineering. The cheapest way to reduce manufacturing cost is a change to the drawing.

Also in house

Surface finishing
Deburring, vibratory finishing, bead blasting. Anodising, black oxide and coating run through four fixed partners with their own first-article approval — the result stays our responsibility.
Assembly
Joining, pressing, torque-documented fastening, leak testing to 16 bar. We deliver the assembly, not a box of its parts.
Reverse engineering
A part with no drawing? Laser scan, surface reconstruction, an inspectable drawing. A sample becomes a reproducible part.
Short runs
Between prototype and series sits the batch size most suppliers decline. We run 20 to 500 pieces on the same zero-point fixtures as the series.

STEP and PDF are enough. You get an answer on tolerance, quantity and date — not only a price.
